[repost] Using lockfields with sql
This issue popped up in my face again. Any solution part from fetching the record twice?
-------------------- Is there some easy way to use lockfields when the record is fetched using SQL syntax?
This doesn't work: $dContact -> (select: -sql = $sql, -lock, -user = $activeUserName); (Finds the record but doesn't set any record lock.)
And not this either: $dContact -> (getrecord: -sql = $sql, -lock, -user = $activeUserName); (Complains about missing keyvalue.)
