The first item in the State select list is selected by default. I expected "CA" to be selected. I also do a simple $f->loadfields; in the lib file, and that is all.
I know I could work around it with a conditional in the lib file and use ->setvalue, but that is less elegant than what I expect from using the -value parameter.
What is does the -value parameter actually do?
