I'm not sure how you would do this in Knop. I use a session. On the list page set a session var to contain an array of all the found and sorted record ids. Then on the detail page, you would generate a link from finding the position of the record id in the array. If you page through a list of 10 records at a time, you would need to use -skiprecords like this:
